چکیده
The purpose of this paper is to clarify the paleocurrent direction and sedimentary characteristics Cretaceous Qingshuihe formation (K1q) in Chepaizi area. Based on analysis results structural maturity compositional maturity, makes a more detailed exploration environment source clastic materials period K1q. seismic drilling data, analyzed by using paleogeo-morphology reflection structure. rock slices core samples shows that content debris feldspar sandstone reservoir study area high, quartz low, weathering degree deep, particle sorting medium good, roundness subround subangular, cementation type pore cementation, low. size demonstrate suspension transportation fine particles main mode area, rolling less. paleogeomorphology terrain high north low south. profile indicates angle imbricate progradation developed northwest northeast. On basis results, following conclusions are obtained: K1q carried provenance into northeast south, experienced long-distance transportation.

Facies Modeling of Heterogeneous Carbonates Reservoirs by Multiple Point Geostatistics
Facies modeling is an essential part of reservoir characterization. The connectivity of facies model is very critical for the dynamic modeling of reservoirs. Carbonate reservoirs are so heterogeneous that variogram-based methods like sequential indicator simulation are not very useful for facies modeling. In this paper, multiple point geostatistics (MPS) is used for facies modeling in one of th...
متن کاملMicrobial diversity in petroleum reservoirs
Buried hydrocarbon deposits, such as liquid petroleum, represent an abundant source of reduced carbon for microbes. It is not surprising therefore that many organisms have adapted to an oily, anaerobic life deep underground, often at high temperatures and pressures, and that those organisms have had, and in some cases continue to have, an effect on the quality and recovery of the earth’s dimini...
متن کاملFirst Record of Fresh Water Gastropods and Sedimentary Facies of Nezam-Abad area, South-East Bam, Iran
Sediments of the Nezam-Abad area, south-east of Bam have been studied for the first time. Sedimentary facies are composed of thin-bedded clay, silt and fine grained sand interbedded with thin laminated limestone. Chemical analysis of X-Ray florescent indicates that more than 50% of sediments consist of silisium and aluminum oxide that can be used for reconstruction of environment. Ninety eight ...
